I'm Preggers!

So, after the rough month in March I am now pregnant. I am 6 weeks and we are really excited! I wasnt sure when to announce it because I have so many people I care about that are trying to get pregnant and have gone through alot too. I came to realize that those people are people who love me and they will not be mad and I shouldnt feel bad about this. I love you guys and I will send my baby dust your way!

OK so I am in need of some support and comfort and advice right now. Terry and I have been trying for 8 mos to get pregnant and I had my first round of Clomid last month and I am now a week late. I took a preg test on sat and there was a faint line, just like when I had Madi, so then I took another one the next day and there was a line but more faint then the day before. I decided to get the digital home preg tests and they both said not pregnant. I went and had a simple blood preg test at Pioneer Valley and it came back negative. I feel pregnant like being hungry all the time, nasueas, tired, pissy at times for no reason. I am so drained by this cz I have never been more than 3 days late. I really dont want to do Clomid again cz it made me so sick and gave me huge cysts on my ovaries that hurt like a b. It was so draining being in pain everyday for 3 weeks. I know that its only my first time being on Clomid and I should prob do it again. When I got preg with Madi I had to do the laprascopy surgery to have my endometriosis removed, then I was put into menopause for mos(which I refused to do again this time after my surgery) then 3mos later I got preg with Madi. It was a 2 year process that I dont want to repeat. Maybe im just being a baby but man this is frusterating.
Have any of you had any strange experience with Clomid?

It's been a long time!

So, I finally got my laptop fixed and my other computer wouldn't let me sign on here so it has been a very long time.
Things have been very crazy in life and it makes you treasure the moments we have with those we love. Last time I wrote, I had just lost my dance teacher to cancer. I still think of her everyday and miss you. My Gramps is now battling cancer for the 3rd time and there are not many options left, I am devastated and it is hard to see him hurt and shrink down to almost nothing. Thankfully he hasnt lost his sense of humor!
I have recently signed up as a Miche Bag rep. If you haven't heard of them, they are purses with interchangeable outside shells that you can change to match your outfit. They have just came out with a new shell called Hope. It is a cancer awareness shell created to raise funds for the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Miche will donate $5 from every Hoe shell sold to them. They are projecting a final donation of $1 million. The CEO of Miche Bag Home Reps is going to give $1 from her commission for each one sold and I am donating all my commission to Cathy's family to help pay for remaining expenses. I truly believe that this is the reason that I was supposed to sign up with Miche, not only do I love the purses, I love helping those in need. Glitter Toe Party!!

Friday night from 8pm to 11pm at my house, if you need my address just comment with your email and I will send it to you. They are $15 and super cute! I will also be accepting donations for my dance teacher Cathy who is quickly passing from cancer. The money will go towards hospice care and her funeral. Dont feel like you have to donate though.
You can bring a snack to share if you would like.
Please dont park on the street you might get a ticket, there are parking areas around.

Charity Car Wash

My dance teacher and mother figure of 15 yrs is quickly passing from cancer. She was diagnosed 6 yrs ago with breast cancer but was in remission until about 3 weeks ago when suddenly she came very ill and then found out her breast cancer has moved to her brain, bones and lungs. She has no health insurance or life insurance so we are having a car wash to raise money to help her family.
It is at Les Schwab Tires on 3500 S Bangerter Hwy, this Saturday from 11am to 5pm.
Cars are $5 and trucks/suvs are $8. We are also collecting donations.
Please come and help us help her family. Cathy is a very sweet and amazing lady and we are all very devastated at losing her.
Please tell everyone you can about this, I would appreciate it greatly.

Its ok if you took my name off of your lists but I know of at least one person that wouldnt do that. This year was lots of fun. We went to Terry's moms first and had a delicious meal and all the kids played around. We were going to my Grandmas afterwards but took a pit stop and made Madi take a nap. We didnt want a grumpy girl for our next dinner. After a little nap for all of us, we went to my Grandmas and had another great meal. I tell ya, eating 2 Thanksgiving dinners is hard work! But well worth it!! We came home after all the fun and relaxed our full bellies!
Its nice to have a holiday where we can remember to look at all the great things and people we have in our lives and not to mention eat alot of really good food!!

Halloween!!

This Halloween was alot of fun! We had a party with some family and friends then we went to my friend Meagan's party and then today went to our ward party. Madi was a cute butterfly and then tonight we put her in a pumpkin outfit that Nan gave her.
She looks cute in it but some people thought she was a boy. Duhhh people! J/K! She won an award for the best little pumkin. My uncle gave her the name PLUMPkin! It is so fitting!! Thanks to everyone who celebrated Halloween with us we had tons of fun, and to those who didnt I hope you had a good one!!

One year ago today!

One year ago today I was laying in a hospital bed after being induced, waiting for my little girl to arrive. Little did I know she wasnt going to come into this world for another 12 hours. I was induced at 9:00 am and I was going through alot of emotion as it still didnt seem real that I was having a child. My doctor was supposed to be there at about noon to break my water but didnt show up till 6:00pm. I was ticked. Luckily I got my epidural at around 11:00am. So I got to a ten at about 11:00pm. By the time the dr came up Madi really didnt want to come. I pushed for 3 hours and was 5 min away from a c-section. I was soooooo tired and had not eaten for over 24 hours. I couldnt push any longer. They had this big anesthesia guy come and try to push her out by crushing my ribs and stomach. Didnt work. So they decided to use the forceps to pull her out and finally at 2:55 am on 10/12/2007 my perfect and beautiful princess was born!

Holy crap it is cold. It was just 2 days ago I was in capri's and a t-shirt and now im in a sweater and a coat. This weather is crazy.

Wow, it has been a long time since I have blogged. I will try my best to catch you up on everything.
Lets see... For Labor Day we went up to my grandparents house in the mountains and had a 50th wedding anniversary party for them. It was alot of fun but Madi did not do well out of her own bed so we came home a couple days early. It was nice to be in my own bed!

Dance went well, I did way better than I thought my lazy butt would do! It's so nice to see all my friends and to do what I love again. I hate being away from Madi but it's a nice break!

On September 13th Terry and I went to Denver for our 5yr anniversary. Terry took me to see the Denver Broncos football game, even though he's not a big fan of them. We only went for about 31 hours cz it was our first time away from Madi and we didnt want to be gone long. I missed her the whole time we were gone.
The saturday we got there we went shopping at the 16 street long mall and then had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. After 3 hours there we went back to our hotel which was soo nice Nancy got us a huge discount. Thanks again Nancy! Sunday we went to the game and it was a blast. THank goodness we won cz those tickets were not cheap. They were awesome seats though. We were on the 40 yard line and 10th row! After the game we came home, it was short but sweet!

On thursday I had surgery again for more stuff to fix from when I had Madi, hopefully this is the last of it, it has already been almost a year. The actual surgery went well but then when I came off the anesthetics I learned from the pain that they scratched my throat with the breathing tube. After I woke up some more I was in alot of pain and the surgeon came in and said I shouldnt be in any pain with all the drugs they gave me. They sent me home and said if it didnt get better to call. I got home and it kept getting worse and worse, i couldnt sit or stand or cry cz it hurt so bad. I went to my surgeons office and he said everything looked fine but sent mw to the hospital to get me on alot stronger drugs. It took them an hour to check me in and I was about to rip someones head off. They got me into a room but couldnt get a vein cz I was so dehydrated. After a while they got me hooked up to some morphine. I was on that for 18 hours getting a dose every ten minutes. For a while it didnt help at all so they gave me a few double doses. Finally the pain was almost gone and I could relax. But I ended up staying the night in the hospital and spending my 5yr anniversary at Pioneer Valley. Not a very fun place to spend it, I at least thought I would be home. I know someone who had the same surgery and they were fine the same day. The dr cant figure out why it was soo painful. Im still in pain but it is not as bad as thursday of friday. I just hope this will be the last of a year of pain and surgeries. If not, who knows if Madi will get a sibling or not!
Thanks to all my friends that called and came and saw me, appreciate your caring more than you know! Thanks to Terry and my family for taking such good care of me and Madisyn, I love you!

On a happier note we had Madisyn's pictures taken in a little Broncos cheerleading outfit. Soooo Cute! I will post them when they come in.

Well its almost been a year since I have danced. I have never not danced since I was 3 but after I had Madi I had too many problems and surgery and had to take the time off to heal.Im going back tonight and am so excited. I hope it hasnt been too long and I hope my body can handle it and I dont have a heart attack!! I'll let u know how it goes!

I just finished Breaking Dawn and it was great!! Im sad its over but am looking forward to the movies. I hope they stay close to the story and not make up dumb stuff or leave out important things.

New Car!

On Saturday we were driving around and ended up looking at a couple dealerships just to see the price of the acadia and the edge and ended up at Henry Day Ford. The edge was a little out of our price range but I was sucked into looking at the Fusion. I have wanted one for over a year and whenever I saw one I told terry I needed it. So at the end of the long, tiring process we went home with a white 2008 Ford Fusion. It is soo much nicer and bigger than my alero, which makes it super easy to get Madi in and out of her carseat. If u dont know she weighs 24 pounds at almost 10 mos old, and u know me I have and probably never will have any muscles!!!
We went for a drive in it on Sunday and ended up at Murray park and took a nice walk and my dog Bella was loving the ducks in the river. She actually jumped in the river to try and get them! It was really funny. Madi loved pulling the grass and to people watch.
All in all it was a pretty good weekend!
I will post pics soon. I keep forgeting to take pics when its out of the garage.
